Do I need to write the questions in Chinese? +
No. Write them once in English. The interviewer asks them in Chinese, keeping names, numbers and pay rates exact.
Does a Chinese screen cost extra? +
No. Every supported language uses the same plan allowance. Basic starts at $99/month with 25 screens; additional screens are $4 each, and your first 10 are free.
Can a candidate who chose Chinese switch to English? +
