A video screen counts when all questions are answered, its transcript is scored, and the complete recording has been saved. Incomplete interviews and incomplete recordings are not charged. Reconnecting does not create a separate charge. After the allowance, video costs $8; one remaining credit reduces the next video screen to $4.
The signup trial includes 10 phone screens. The separate public video demo is free, with limited places during beta. Customer video screening requires beta access. Legacy, prepaid, AppSumo, and trial phone credits remain phone-only; video screens on those offers are billed separately at $8 each.
